Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sri Hari Stores. We strive to provide pure and authentic pooja essentials and devotional products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Due to the sacred and consumable nature of pooja items (such as kumkum, turmeric, oils, prasadam items, etc.), we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened pooja products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Perishable goods
  • Products damaged due to misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Once verified, we will offer:
    • A replacement (subject to availability), or
    • A refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other valid reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
